Maruška
Marie Kudeříková was a student who was active in the communist domestic resistance during World War II. In 1941, she was arrested by the Gestapo. In November 1942, she was sentenced to death and executed in March 1943. She was 22 years old. Her personality was highlighted by the communist regime primarily for propaganda purposes, which is why, after the November coup, she was perceived as a representative of its ideology and rejected. Her true significance in the fight against Nazism remains a secondary topic today.
