Tehran’s Ward
Goli is a young girl from an Afghan immigrant family living in Tehran. To continue her studies at the university, she must travel to Afghanistan and obtain a legal Iranian visa not to be expelled from the university. Loneliness, poor financial conditions, lack of family support and the dangers in Afghanistan have made the trip very difficult for Goli. But she is not willing to get dropped out of the school and is resolved to overcome the obstacles.
