Two tenants of a Chicago apartment building celebrate Halloween night by running a pandemic Quarantine Confessional on their stoop, collecting secret revelations from passers-by in a hat. Dressed as a mime and a race car driver, the pair treat the notes with amused sarcasm, until the final one that will change the dynamic of their relationship.
