CIB finds LUN suspicious. CHING is ill. He thinks over his relationship with YIN when he is taking a rest at home. SHUN and LAI have signed the divorce agreement eventually. They meet again for insurance matters. SHUN wants to reconcile with LAI. He reveals his true feelings to LAI but is treated very coldly. YIN moves into LAI’s place. She wants to make clear her relationship with LUN but he is avoiding it. KEUNG tells YIN that he is going to fire LAI and promote her. However, YIN has to work with him. She hesitates. She is visiting CHING when she sees LUN going the same direction as hers. She sees him, hands covered in blood, there when she gets to CHING’s home. CHING returns to his office to work. While he is walking in the corridor, he is shocked to see SIMON standing in front of him with a gun in his hand…
