Kirkwood seizes his chance to try and extradite Garvey, while Inglis shines in a moment of glory having been made acting commissioner. Clarkey and Davina Bancroft's personal life gets in the way during the search and they fail to search the house where the bomber lives. Luckily, Asst Commissioner Sharon Franklin is able to defuse the situation, which gives Garvey an idea.
