Mallos returns with a deadly plan: having Raphael trapped in a mental institution, he does his demonic best to convince him he is not an immortal demon slayer, but ""Ralph"", an abusive drunken truck driver with impossible heroic delusions. The doctor in charge is unaware that he is serving the demons' cause.
