In the quiet town of Iskra, where people don't even know they're in the neighborhood of otherworldly forces, two witch sisters live. They are twins, but very different. She doesn't want to cram spells just like that, but dreams of living a full human life. But everything changes dramatically when Marya opens a portal to the World of shadows on Kalinov Bridge out of a desire to win an argument from the arrogant Sonya, the adopted daughter of the mayor of the city. In an attempt to fix what happened, Zlata dies, and now Marya has 9 days to find living water and save her sister.
