It's all cutting-edge urban (if not exactly urbane!) hip-hop when hosts Fonz and Mike take over a television station and reprogram it with dicey humor, hilarious interviews with leading recording artists and some fly animated shorts -- all told from a hip-hop perspective, of course. Think "South Park" but with baggy trousers and boxers showing.
