Karen goes back upstairs to where Anna is minding their friend Andrews cat for the weekend, She tells Anna that Patrick is still allergic. Nanny comes into the room & sees the cat, She tells the Girls it's a female & pregnant ! Patrick happens to be passing when he overhears Nanny say She's pregnant.
