SZETO SHUN tries to contact CHUN-NI but cannot reach her. Sensing that there must be something wrong, he urges NGA-CHING to conduct an investigation separately. After waking up, CHUN-NI finds herself and SAU-KEI locked up to chains. SZETO SHUN narrows down the search to a single suspect who is a female driver called LAI-HAN, however, LAI-HAN seems to be very calm when she is arrested. The police still cannot locate CHUN-NI and SAU-KEI, above which they are even misled by LAI-HAN. Fortunately, SZETO SHUN manages to find a clue from LAI-HAN's testimony and thereby deduces the missing two's whereabouts. With LAM LING throwing a party for CHUN-NI in celebration of her success, CHUN-NI expresses her gratitude to SZETO SHUN for having saved her life.
