Owner Phil has owned the place for 25 years and has built its reputation around his famous pastry. The pub is doing decent trade, but the rooms sit largely empty. Alex arrives to find a pub lacking in exterior inspiration and crucially, no signage advertising the on-site accommodation. Can she help turn things around?
