Chris and Sam, along with their newly-found friend, figure out how to return to their own time. They inform Lynne to go to the fields and turn the priceless compass to point south. Lynne does as instructed, and all of them are reunited in the present day. There, they learn what happened to General Brock at the Battle of Queenston.
