WA dismisses SHAN and hires her former classmate to keep an eye on KIT. CHING hopes that CHEUNG will return to her. She arranges a new job for him. Knowing what CHING has done for him, CHEUNG feels inferior and this worsens their relationship. TAK is annoyed with his home affairs. He is appointed to take care of a transaction involving over three thousand air-conditioners. He suffers from the stress. LING discovers that LI has a secret lover in Shenzhen. They have a quarrel. LIN is annoyed with them and runs away.
