Fatal Delusion
Deranged Vietnam vet suffers flashbacks from the war. He murders innocent brunette women that remind him of the N.V.A. Major who captured and tortured his men during the war. After escaping prison and assuming the identity of his murdered therapist, he infiltrates the police department to continue his killing spree.
