One Goal (Lewiston, Maine) In a post-industrial Maine city still reeling from economic decline, an unlikely brotherhood forms on a soccer field. When Somali refugees — fleeing war, poverty and displacement — land in overwhelmingly white Lewiston, tensions run high. But Coach Mike McGraw sees something no one else does: that these kids, from six different countries, speak the same language when they play.
